About Jaguar Goby

General information

The Jaguar Goby is a small reef fish whose appearance is more primitive than most other gobies. The Jaguar Goby's body is mainly beige with black/brown jagged stripes from side to side. The Jaguar Goby has a flatter head with its eyes situated on top. It can grow up to 3 inches in captivity and is content in small and large tanks alike. Once introduced into your aquarium, the Jaguar Goby will find its favorite crevice. The name sounds aggressive, but the Jaguar Goby is quite peaceful. The only time the Jaguar Goby will show any signs of aggression is when it is protecting its territory from other fish of its own kind.
