Knopia sp
Water parameters are being added.
In general, Clavularia are soft corals with several individual polyps that are attached to a piece of live rock. Their polyps are distinct where each polyps has eight tentacles/leaves.
As for the Knopia Polyp Rock, they are predominatly colored cream with green mouth. This are the water parameters for cultivating Knopia Polyp Rock:
While the Knopia Polyp Rock gets it primary nourishment from a symbiotic zooxanthellae living within its tissues, the require supplemental feeding like mysis or brine shrimp.
The Knopia Polyp Rock should be set either at the bottom or at the middle part of the tank.
The Knopia Polyp Rock only requires moderate lighting and moderate waterflow.
The Knopia Polyp Rock can be found in the waters of the Indo-Pacific Ocean.
You have to take note that while Knopia Polyp Rock has a semi-aggressive behaviour, they are the one often stung or attacked by nearby corals. With this, you have to give them ample space to nearby corals that posses stinger polyps.
Knopia Polyp Rock are purely marine species. Therefore, salinity must be entirely maintained from 1.023 to 1.025 specific gravity.
