Glosso is a popular freshwater plant that is native to Australia, New Zealand, and Tasmania. It is a small plant that grows horizontally, forming a dense carpet on the aquarium floor. It can grow up to 2cm in height and requires high lighting and a pH range of 6.0 to 7.5.
Glosso is a photosynthetic plant that derives its nutrients from the water and through photosynthesis. It does not require any special feeding.
Glosso reproduces by sending out runners that will develop into new plants.

The acclimation process: When introducing Glosso to a new aquarium, it is best to acclimate it slowly by placing it in a separate container with aquarium water for several hours. This will allow the plant to adjust to the water parameters of the new aquarium.
