Oxymonacanthus longirostris
Water parameters are being added.
The Orange Spotted Filefish with its beautiful color and unique design, it makes a gorgeous addition to any tank and captivates the onlookers. It is found to feed on live corals, thereby it might not be considered safe for a reef tank. It is a shy fish and hardly turns aggressive towards other fishes except for those of its own genus. The Orange Spot Filefish will acclimate better in a large reef aquarium with a large growth of stony corals. It also needs lots of hiding place in the aquarium, so that it can hide when frightened. The Orange Spotted Filefish might turn aggressive towards other filefish and should be kept singly or with a truly mated pair. It is best to keep it in a peaceful, fish-only community aquarium.
