Water Parameter

  • Temperature: 72-78
  • dKH: 8-12
  • pH: 8.1-8.4
  • Salinity: 1.020-1.025

You want to make sure that you keep all your levels in check too.

Diet

They are carnivores, and lots and lots of meaty food need to be in their diet. This is what makes them a little tough to care for because they require multiple small feeding throughout the day.

You can get auto fish feeders to drop flakes and pellets in the tank, or you can start a refugium with copepods because that'll give them a natural food source to feed on.

Compatibility

It is recommended to keep three or four of them together. That tends to be how they do well in the tank, and always make sure you have one male and one female.

Also, make sure you get them in odd numbers.
