The Launch of Tank Facts

I am so excited to finial lunched BETA v0.10, I still have a long way to go, this is only a small portion of the vision for the site.

What should you be able to do so far:

Add tanks to your profile, you can add all of your current tanks and all of your past tanks.
Enter current water parameters of a tank
Brows the current database of fish, invertebrates or corals. If you do not find what you are looking for, you can add it to the database.
Claim the fish, invertebrates and corals and assigned them to a tank in your profile.
Take pictures of the different species in your tank and upload them to the site, to allow others to view and vote on their favorite picture.
The water parameters of the tank that you claim a species to will affect the data that is represented on the species profile page.
Write articles about the aquarium experiences and tag a species or an aquarium.

Here are the things we will be working on next, for the most part everything we are working on now is to improve the current experience:

Wiki like species profiles where anyone can contribute to the species profile and it gets approved by editors
Simplifying the article WYSIWYG
Building a gallery for your aquarium, photos. Currently you can only display one photo… lame
Minor site tweaks
