About Whitespotted Pygmy Filefish

General information

The Whitespotted Pygmy Filefish can reach a maximum of only 3 inches, and will readily feed on frozen offerings and pellets. Despite their size, the Whitespotted Pygmy Filefish has proven to be hardy and fast growing. With the ability to adjust their coloration patterns depending on their surroundings, the Whitespotted Pygmy Filefish can look distinctly spotted at times and solid shades of green another time. Whitespotted Pygmy Filefish has not been spotted picking on hard and soft corals which suggest that they could be reef safe.
