General information

The Yellow Tail Blue Devil fish requires a tank with plenty of live rocks and caves to hide when required. When it feels scared, this fish will hide inside a hole or crevice and change its color until it becomes almost completely black. Once it feels safe again, the Yellow Tail Blue Devil fish will rapidly change back into its normal coloration. The Yellow Tail Blue Devil fish is very hardy in nature, which makes it a good choice for any beginner aquarist. The Yellow Tail Blue Devil fish is quite peaceful as a juvenile and becomes territorial and aggressive as it matures. The Yellow Tail Blue Devilfish can be kept in small to large tanks. Be careful, while handling it, as it may bite your finger.
