These fish have dots, stripes and bars that come in many different colors such as green, gold, red and turquoise. They can reach 1 inch. To keep these fish in captivity, water pH should be between 6.0 and 7.0 and water temperature should range from 73.0ºF and 81ºF. The tank should be well-planted and have a gravel substrate, the tank should also have a cover since these fish are jumpers. These fish are peaceful and can be kept in a community aquarium with other small fish. They should be kept in groups of at least 8 in a 20 gallon tank.
