About Lime Time Astreapora
General information
In general, Astrepora corals have colonies that are rounded or dome-shaped. Their corallites are distinct, separated and uneven while their exoskeleton are porous.

Diet & nutrition
The main noursihment of Lime Time Astreapora comes from the photosynthetic activity of the symbiotic zooxanthellae living within their tissues. However, we still recommend the supplemental feeding of mysis, brine shrimp and other micro foods.

A mature tank is highly recommended in propagating Lime Time Astreapora. They should be set in the middle or bottom portion of the tank.

Cautions
The Lime Time Astreapora is susceptible to polychaete worm infestation. The worms will penetrate to its porous exoskeleton thereby weakening its overall calcareous structure.
Acclimation process
Lime Time Astreapora are purely marine. Therefore, salinity must be maintained thoroughly at 1.023 to 1.025 specific gravity.
